1. Inspection Agreement

By scheduling a home inspection with The Inspection Boys Nassau County, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Inspection Agreement provided at the time of service. The inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the property components and systems accessible and visible at the time of inspection.

2. Scope of Inspection

Our inspections are performed in accordance with the standards of practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and applicable New York State regulations. The inspection covers accessible and visible components only and does not include areas that are inaccessible, concealed, or not visible at the time of the inspection.

3. Limitations of Liability

The total liability of The Inspection Boys Nassau County shall not exceed the fee paid for the inspection services. We are not responsible for conditions that were not visible, accessible, or within the scope of the inspection at the time of service.

4. Report Delivery

Inspection reports are delivered electronically within 24 hours of the completed inspection. Reports are the property of the client and are intended for the sole use of the contracting client.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the inspection cost.
