Rust stains could be an eyesore, especially on concrete driveways. It could be a difficult stain to remove; however, it is not impossible to do it. Vinegar could be a great help to do it. Just pour a generous amount of white vinegar into the affected area. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes, then scrub it with a wire brush. Then wash it with water to remove the smell of the vinegar. However, if the stain is still stubborn, you can use a much stronger cleaner like muriatic acid. Fill a container, preferably a bucket, with 2 cups of water. Carefully pour in ¼ cup of muriatic acid. Slowly pour your solution on the rash affected area. Soak it for a few minutes, then scrub it with a wire brush. Be sure to rinse it with plenty of water. For safety, use rubber hand gloves to avoid your skin from any contact with the solution.
